1. Ownership. This website, including all text, copy, page layouts, visual design, graphics, logos, the A3 mark, the AZORIAN name, dashboards, interactive tools, calculators, data models, methodologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other source code (together, the "Content"), is owned by Azorian and its partners and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, trade dress and other intellectual property laws. All rights reserved.

2. Limited license. You may view this website for your own personal, non-commercial evaluation of Azorian's services. No other right or license is granted. You may not copy, reproduce, download, scrape, frame, mirror, modify, translate, create derivative works from, publicly display, distribute, sell, license or otherwise exploit any Content, in whole or in part, without Azorian's prior written permission.

3. Dashboards and tools. The spend report, procure-to-pay, pricing and other interactive dashboards shown on this site are proprietary demonstrations. Their design, structure, KPI frameworks, visual presentation and underlying code are confidential and proprietary to Azorian. Every figure shown is synthetic; no client data is displayed. Reverse engineering, extracting source code, or reproducing these tools or their look and feel is prohibited.

4. Trademarks. AZORIAN, the A3 logo and related names and marks are trademarks of Azorian. They may not be used without prior written consent.

5. Automated access. Use of bots, crawlers, scrapers or other automated means to access, copy or monitor this website or its Content is prohibited, except for standard search-engine indexing.

6. Enforcement. Azorian will pursue all available remedies for unauthorized use, including injunctive relief and damages under 17 U.S.C. § 501 et seq., 15 U.S.C. § 1125 and applicable state law. Infringement notices or permission requests: contact us through the form on this site.

7. No warranty. The website and Content are provided "as is" for informational purposes and do not constitute professional advice or a binding offer. Pricing shown is indicative and subject to a written engagement agreement.
